Our care team has been selected from industry leading professionals. Victoria By The Park is staffed 24 hours a day by highly experienced registered nurses and care staff. All our staff are appointed in accordance with the Aged Care Rules 2025 (Cth) and provide superior residential care. We also offer onsite access to allied health professionals, including physiotherapy, speech pathology, podiatry and dietetics.
Medication administration and management is performed only by registered nurses. All of our care staff have formal qualifications, including the minimum requirement that personal carers attain a Certificate III in Aged Care.
Victoria By The Park provides ageing in place. This means care recipients do not need to move to another facility when their care needs change. We also provide respite care on a short and long-term basis.
At Victoria By The Park, our Lifestyle and Leisure Co-ordinator creates a personalised Lifestyle Plan for each care recipient. We constantly change our stimulating lifestyle program with daily group activities, outings in our dedicated Mercedes Benz bus, diversional therapy and monthly gatherings for care recipients.
By promoting ongoing family involvement and actively engaging community groups, we are able to maintain a dynamic and fulfilling lifestyle for care recipients of differing care needs.
We offer residents access to additional and enhanced lifestyle, hospitality and wellbeing services that go beyond the standard inclusions of aged care accommodation and personal care, for which we charge a Higher Everyday Living Fee (HELF).
The HELF services we offer are designed to improve comfort, enjoyment and quality of life, providing choice, personalisation and premium experiences in areas such as dining, beverages, technology, entertainment, activities and personal health and wellbeing. Residents may elect to access these enhanced services – individually or through one of our bundled packages – allowing flexibility and choice.
